This app has been created specifically for SME customers with the objective of providing them with a cutting edge tool for their financial needs. It is free simple to use, highly secure and ensures that customers’ banking needs can be taken care of from any location. SnappBiz is available to all Mashreq SME customers of the UAE having a Business Banking Account with the bank KEY FEATURES include the following: • Transaction Queue: Customer can initiate a transaction from Online Banking and the authorizer can approve the transaction through mobile instantly and vice - versa • Transaction Enquiries: Check real-time balance and the last 3 months of transactions from your Account including Loans and Deposits • Money Transfers: Transfer money within Mashreq or anywhere in the world with the flexibility of using special FX deal rates • Cardless Cash: Customers can use the SnappBiz app to withdraw cash from any Mashreq ATM without the need of using a Business Debit Card. • Bill Payments: Customers can pay their Credit Card bill and make instant payments to Etisalat, Du, utility providers (DEWA, SEWA & ADDC, ADDC), Salik and Naqodi Wallet • Other Services: Customers can apply for a cheque book, subscribe to estatement, view the last 6 months’ estatement, activate or block Credit & Debit card, view exchange rates and set up Forex Alerts. • RM Contact Details: Customers can check the contact details of their Relationship Manager and Service Associate. *This Mobile Banking application is available to Mashreq SME customers in the United Arab Emirates only. **Available to customers with Mashreq Business Online access only. Customer must have a beneficiary set up previously through Online Banking to use Money Transfer and Bill Payment. MOBILE BANKING SECURITY - For security purposes only during activation process, we will be sending your iPhone ID (one time) - No separate registration required for SnappBiz (Prior Mashreq Business Online access is required) - Secure sign on with password, SMS OTP or Online Banking Token
