sign in process not working - neither help section nor customer support

sign up process is not working. The sign up button is not clickable, even though I am using the same credentials as those working seamlessly on the website. Unfortunately there is neither any help section nor customer service contact possibility. Please correct the bug and improve customer interaction. Thanks
