Description
The "ONE Benchmark" app is an iPad application built for the McKinseys ONE benchmark suite. It has been developed for McKinseys telecom clients to enable them to benchmark their network performance against the industry best practices. The highly interactive app helps the study of overall network performance and its drivers on cost, delivery and quality dimensions. There are separate modules for Mobile and Fixed segments and all the analysis are shown via bar charts. The user only needs to be online for the first time to access the database and then can work offline. There are also options of Excel/Pdf downloads and access to experts.
