With a calendar, a meeting scheduler, a message broadcaster and an electronic folio for agenda items, the users can walk into the meetings with jus an iPad. Launching a meeting on the iPad brings up all the documents associated with the meeting. Reminders for upcoming meetings are available on the landing page itself.
An annotation tool enables the users to records their notes on the document just the way they would do on the printed paper. These documents can be shared or printed using the standard iPad functionality.
