After the addition you can notify about the meeting through mail to all the invitees of meeting. You can take notes on commencement of meeting, which can be conveniently mailed as the minutes of meeting notes to all of the invitees. After completion of meeting it will be saved in the list of past meetings which you can delete if need to be.
