On starting a session, you can quickly create soothing, melodic sounds which loop to beautiful visuals, allowing you to take control of your own relaxation. Listen with or without headphones, and focus on the sound to enjoy calming moments.
You choose the length of the session. Simply press stop when you are ready: be it a minute, or ten.
Chart your progress over time, and see your betterness improve. You can even share your favourite loops with friends who can also benefit from the relaxing nature of the app.
Set to a natural resting rhythm, MIndfl helps restore the natural balance of your body and brain whenever you need a moment.
