As you listen to his gentle voice guiding you into a deep state of relaxation, you will be able to reprogram your mind to help you get a deep sleep. This audio program combines the most powerful principles of hypnosis, guided visualisation and creative meditation to help you relax completely. You can choose from a shorter or longer relaxation induction and also whether you want to drift to sleep at the end, or whether you want to wake up. Gentle and relaxing music helps you drift easily into a soothing and peaceful state.
