Description

Mortgage Calculator is an essential tool for home buyers, realtors, brokers, and those looking to refinance a current mortgage. Quickly calculate monthly payments for any fixed rate mortgage (can be used on other fixed rate loans including auto, credit card, etc.). This easy-to-use tool allows you to: · Input additional info. Enter a down payment amount, annual taxes and insurance, and any monthly fees to determine how they affect monthly payments. · Determine price per square foot. Enter the home’s square footage to help you determine the best value per dollar. · Create a favorites list. Save your calculations in the Favorites tab and come back to them later when comparing houses and loan options. · See a payment table. Use the handy payment table to see an amortized schedule of all the monthly payments and how much interest will be paid over the life of the loan. · E-mail quotes. Send calculations and tables to any e-mail address.

This app is a must have if you need to refinance your mortgage or even to just view the breakdown of your payments. Its definitely an eye opener choosing the best way to pay off your mortgage. It shows how slight changes in your payment can make significant differences! This app turns the complicated math we hate that comes along with buying a house, into something easily comprehendible!

This app seemed nice if it could work properly. The figures did change except for the monthly payment which seems to stay the same.
