Works great for all for what it does. It would be nice to see dates in the amortization schedule and input for extra principal payments and the date that they were paid. This would enable the app to provide information on amount of interest paid an amount of interest still owed.

I wish it had a line item for mortgage insurance. Great for Conventional 20% down loans but not for FHA, VA, or USDA.
