BRILLIANT!
I dont do app reviews, but this app was so good I had to say something. Really great job, very intuitive brilliant design. Big kudos to the developer thank you so much for making something that is often complex very simple. Keep up the great work how about a financial planning program next?
Too restrictive
You can only use the sliders to select parameters, cant type in the real values. And the sliders dont allow realistic (California kind) of values.
Great loan app
Very useful loan app. Easy to use. Can use sliders to enter parameter values or tap on parameter value to enter a value above slider range. Can add PMI, taxes and insurance to calculation also. Best loan app I could find
Easy love it
I am a realtor and need my loan app to work quickly while I have clients with me or on the phone. My old app was slow and crashed all the time. This is the perfect mortgage loan app.
Simple to use nice graph display
Simple to use with basic option. Great feature is the graph display. 4 start because one little bug in selection of tax, enter # or %. I guest that can be easy to fix. The tap on icon doesnt work.
It works
I wish it had weekly and bi weekly payment options. And a principle at maturity option and a spot where we can change the term..... Could be a great app wi a few more features
