This app want work keeps saying an error message try again but i go and get on mac and it work fine please fix it
Worthless
Its a piece of crap. All you can do is look up doctors/ facilities in network thats it. I liked the older version better, you cant do much on this app. I cant look at details as to what applied towards deductibles. i cant see my entire benefits in details either. I am unable to pay my monthly premium thru the app because it says that my ebilling is not set up on the app but when i click ebilling theres nothing there, it gives me this exact same message.
No Words can describe it
I share the sentiment of those frustrated by this garbage of an app. Their enrollment system is even worse. If I had a decent job and made more money, I would never buy this useless health insurance policy. Humana is the Best Worse Health Insurance company I have seen in my Almost 50 years of life. What good is paying for am insurance policy that you cant use due to their system flaws? It takes them an amazing 15 months to update a members residential address. It takes more than 6 months for them to change you PCP, but the worse part is that neither request have been completed yet. I figure they will update my info sometime in the future when I am no longer a member. They should be called: Humana Uninsurance.
Frustrated
It is required to send in a form for new (updated) prescriptions but no option that I could find to print the forms from this app.
Great + Wallet support
Option to see benefits and tiers displayed nicely in the UI. Great! I love the app. I love that it has TouchID. I also love the fax feature for my ID. Wish list: 1) I wish I could import my ID card to Apple Wallet, 2) pay my premium with ApplePay. 3) Also, itd be nice if I could also send a secure message to a customer service representative right from the app! 3D Touch for quick ID access? No access
Just signed up with part D through an insurance/Medicare specialist. All has gone well except for this app. It never lets me get past my log in. Just keeps saying due to an extreme amount of users on the server. Doesnt matter what time of day,night or early morning. Always says the same thing and I can not get in.
Humana App
What an improvement over the previous version!! I was not able to log into my previous app on Monday. I would strongly suggest experimenting with this version after logging in so as to become familiar with all of the features.
