It has photos, maps and contact info to Philippine destinations. I hope there are more updates!
Needs Internet!
Note that was not mentioned in the description: This is not the "100% offline maps" you see in the screenshots. This free one needs an internet connection to do ANYTHING. (so, is not useful with my iTouch) There is an offline one that has a cost.

It was almost good,,, until I save some POI under favorites and nothing came out,, kindly fix it,, I need the app in a few days ,, do something pls,, and ill do something about the stars,,,
