MyXRHealth is the official app for XRHealth patients. It brings your entire care experience into one place — your personalized programs, your care team, your schedule, and your progress — so you stay connected and on track between sessions.
XRHealth delivers therapeutic technology across physical health, cognitive health, and behavioral health. Programs span chronic pain, physical rehabilitation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and cognitive training. MyXRHealth keeps everything organized and accessible from your phone.

MyXRHealth works alongside your XRHealth therapeutic device and connects you to the full platform — VR therapy at home, guided digital programs, live clinician sessions, and peer community support. Your care team personalizes your program, and the app keeps you engaged and informed between your live sessions. Together, they deliver continuous, connected care.
Covered by your health plan XRHealth programs are covered by Medicare and available to eligible veterans through federal health programs, with a growing number of commercial insurance plans also accepted. Visit xr.health to check your eligibility.
