The mobile app helps you track your progress and results, and to follow your digital training plan. The app includes CliniChat, an easy and secure messaging feature for you to stay connected to your XRHealth therapist during your treatment plan.

1. Request an evaluation - Enroll online at www.xr.health and schedule a clinical evaluation with your therapist via video call.
2. Start therapy - We send you a VR headset, download the app and follow your treatment plan.
3. Get better - Meet your therapist every week for an online, personalized session. Track your progress on the app.
