Departing from JFK every 30 minutes. Travelers arriving at other Terminals will need to use the free monorail service to Terminal 1, 4 or Terminal 8 to access the express bus service. To LaGuardia Airport from Manhattan: The NYC Express bus departs only from Grand Central Terminal to all terminals at LGA Airport. Every hour on the hour. From LaGuardia AirportTo Manhattan: The NYC Express pick up will be from Terminals B, C and D, with direct service into Grand Central Terminal and Times Square (42nd st between 5th & 6th, same block as Bryant Park). Departing on the hour. Other terminals, please walk to TerminaL B, C or D. You may check the schedule to determine the next pick-up time and then review your purchase before tapping on the ‘Purchase’ button.
