Description
Users of commuter shuttle services at any location in the world can use this free app to locate their nearest bus/shuttle stop and the next ride, along with an accurate ETA.
Users of the app can view all nearby vehicles, and select their route and then they can walk to the nearest stop using the map within the app.
As part of the high service standards of UTWiz products, UTGo also has a feedback screen, where users can send in their compliment, suggestions, and queries.
Users are able to see their driver profile, the vehicle number, and a driver picture so that they have a sense of familiarity even before boarding the shuttle.
Features of this app:
1. Based on GPS/GPRS location services, the app identifies the vehicle location on a map and makes it easier for the passenger to make it to the stop on time.
2. By using the tracking feature of the UTGo app, managers are able to locate vehicles on their UTWiz portal in real-time.
