Open Gym is a training program designed by professional athletes Brooks Laich and Matt Hewett. The mission is to develop world class athletes through Bodyweight, CrossTrain, and Specialty programs. The Bodyweight program is designed for people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels. It will help you burn fat, increase lean muscle, build stamina, and improve mobility. CrossTrain is a general functional fitness program that will develop your strength, skill, conditioning, and mobility. It includes: • New workout every day • Done in 60 minutes or less • Options for a full set of equipment, or limited equipment • Nutritional information & recipes • Exclusive discounts from Official Partners CrossTrain Pro is a functional fitness program for ELITE level athletes. Develop your strength, skill, conditioning, gymnastics, running, and swimming. It includes: • New workout every day • Multiple hours of training per day • All modalities of CrossFit • Training advise and tips from 3x CrossFit Games Champion Matt Hewett • Nutritional information & recipes • Exclusive discounts from Official Partners Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey, or are an experienced athlete, Open Gym workouts will push you towards achieving your fitness goals! SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS Open Gym is free to download. Use requires an active subscription, available on monthly or yearly basis. Monthly subscription users are billed per month. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total yearly fee from purchase date. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Bodyweight program: USD $12.99 / month or $119.99 / year CrossTrain program: USD $24.99 / month or $249.99 / year CrossTrain Pro program: USD $39.99 / month or $399.99 / year Also offering one-time payment programs. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
