Pretty good timer and I like the customization that it allows. However, the one feature that it is missing is the ability to skip pomodors or breaks or postpone them to the next pomodoro. Yes, I know that isn’t strictly in keeping with the pomodoro technique, but there are times when I just have to finish a last few things before I take the break, or I was interrupted before and hence already had a ‘break’. In those instances I want to delay the break (first scenario) or skip the break (second scenario).
Single window app without any menubar option
It would be great to be able to minimize this application, hide it from the dock or +tab, and just have the timer appear in the menu bar. Right now, I regret buying this app as I don’t see the point having to cycle trhough my open applications to check the time left on my pomodoro.
Good, some improvements to make
The app do his job, the icon in the menu bar is very nice. Some improvements : * Bring the app to the foreground when time is up, because if you set the volume to 0 you don’t see the pomodoro has ended * Save previous session. For instance if I shut my computer before lunch, when I come back after lunch and I start my computer again the previous session is forgotten * Launch at startup options * Don’t show the full window, or the icon in the dock, just the icon in the menu bar is sufficient Good job anyway ;)
Pretty and funcional
Pretty interface, works as expected. The customization is also a nice touch. Thumbs up! Update after using for about a week: I’m easily distracted and this "method” has helped me work more consistently. My wife, however, is really focused and found that interrupting her work flow every 25 minutes was actually detrimental. If you are, like me, easily distracted by facebook, emails and etc., you’ll find this software very helpful ;)
