Idea stupenda! Ho trovato questa app davvero utile e ben congegnata, non sapete che comodo è avere timer che ci ricorda ogni tot tempo di doverci alzare dalla sedia ed allenare la schiena suggerendoci degli esercizi semplici ed immediati, con spiegazioni brevi e ben scritte. Sicuramente la schiena e la postura sono due cose a cui solitamente si pensa poco o addirittura per nulla quando si lavora molte ore al computer come faccio io, e questa mi sembra la soluzione ideale a questo problema, possiamo infatti concentrarci nel nostro lavoro per poi veder comparrire un pop-up che ci avvisa che è passato il lasso di tempo prestabilito e ci invita a svolgere l’esercizio. Invito tutti ad acquistare l’app ed aiutare lo sviluppo di questo progetto, li ho trovati soldi ben spesi (soprattutto per la nostra salute)! Consiglio solo agli sviluppatori di non inserire esercizi che richiedono sbarre, palline di gomma particolari o altri strumenti, non tutti le abbiamo sempre a portata di mano ;-)

What a dumb way to go about this

You get one excercise at a time. You decide the timing between the exercises (5 minues, 1 hour, etc.) So if you really do need to stretch, a single exercise (for the bicep, really?) is useless. There’s no “next” button to go to the next exercise, you have to close the window (“Excercise Done”) then go up to the icon in your bar, click it, then click, “Show now.” SUCH an annoyance. And if you work in an office it’s highly doubtful you’ll be wanting to lie chest down on the floor rolling your pec around a tennis/lacrosse ball… This could have been useful, but it isn’t. I’m deleting it.
