My favorite yoga app even when not pregnant!

I attended two of a Ayalas classes while visiting London and liked them enough I decided to download the app after returning home to California. I used the app throughout my entire pregnancy and loved following the different stages whether at home, on the beach or at a park. The first time I used it I didnt like how the audio was so poorly done that you could hear background noises throughout the recording, but I quickly came to ignore that and loved her teaching and her style of yoga so much it didnt matter. I have since had my baby and can say that my labor was a lot easier because of all of the yoga I did. I have used Ayalas app since having my baby and love it just the same even though Im no longer pregnant. Thank you for a great app!
