Quick Tunes lets you quickly and easily control your music playing in iTunes from the menu bar. It shows the artwork, name and artist in the menu heading so that you can always quickly see what is playing. Player controls for play/pause, skip and previous track can also be included right in the status bar so you always have quick access to them. When opened, the menu shows a larger version of the artwork and more track details. The currently playing song can be paused, skipped or rated directly from the Quick Tunes menu, and the shuffle and repeat modes of the current playlist can easily be set. Quick Tunes also shows all recently played tracks and albums, and allows you to quickly replay them simply by selecting them in the menu. Quick Internet searches for lyrics and information on the currently playing track can easily be performed using the track info menu.
