Description

Receipts plus is a consumer and enterprise mobile application which helps to store business, personal receipts, expense records in your mobile device. It helps to track your daily, monthly and yearly expenses. To keep the backup copy of the receipts images in your email inbox, use email option from Manage Receipts menu. It can be integrated with your corporate and personal financial and expense management applications. Features: - Easy to store receipts image and business and personal expense details - Easy to setup and maintain your own expense category, subcategory, Payment type and merchant - Provision to add custom data entry fields for expense details - Store receipts in USD currency - Protect your data with passcode - Data Integration is available for Enterprise Financials and Expense management applications. - It stores digital Image of receipts in the local (SQLite) database. - To keep the backup of the receipts images, use email option from Manage Receipts menu. - Easy to manage, edit, delete and email stored receipts from your iPhone. - Expense trend and Categorized expense chart reports are available - Receipts can be uploaded to web portal Note: To keep the backup of the receipts images. Please use "Manage Receipts" and search, then tap on eMail and select receipts and selected receipts can be eMail to your personal email address using "Send Mail" option. AC INFOTECH is not keeping any backup copy of your receipts images, all the receipts images are stored in your mobile device. Please make sure to use the email option to send the receipt images to your personal email as a backup. You need to setup your account with AC INFOTECH to upload the receipts to the cloud storage. Minimum Requirements : - Device : iPhone 5 and above - iOS Version : 4.3 and later

I had another receipt app that I thought was great but it no longer works, and theres no more support. I found this app and have been using it for a few weeks now. It mostly works good but one big flaw is theres no way to add parts to a long receipt, or one thats two sided. Thats a big issue unless you only purchase a few items. Also when you add payment type its hidden behind the main type. Hopefully the will do some updates.

It keeps kicking me out when I try to put in a dollar amount!! Please fix this its soo irritating. Otherwise I think it would be a very helpful app for keeping track of my expenses

Pros include the ability to edit receipt info, including categories and subcategories (vs. an app like Lemon), and being able to track expenses by category. Cons: all receipt data MUST be hand entered; does not accommodate receipts that dont fit in one picture.
