Lappli est uniquement en anglais, alors un femme vous parle en anglais pour vous relaxer, on peu choisir entre 5 bruits ambiant... Interface moyenne... Voila je la deconseil

I have bought several types from the shopping area of this app. I listen to them as I fall asleep. After a couple of sessions, I find the changes take effect. Great for helping you change your behaviour or helping you through a life change. Works for me!
