Description
This app provides weather forecast and hazard information, advisories and warnings issued by Samoa Meteorology Division, so that the users can take early actions to reduce potential impacts by natural hazards. The following information is provided in English and Samoan:
- Weather forecast updated twice a day
- Earthquake information severe than magnitude 6.0
- Felt earthquake information in Samoa (regardless the magnitude)
- Warnings for heavy rain, cyclone, tsunami, etc.
- The time of sunrise and sunset. Moon phase. The high and low tide of the day.
- Climate information such as Drought index for forest fire caution.
