Description

The Scout App is designed to help boy scouts keep track of their scouting progress. It can also be used by parents and scout leaders to track multiple boys. It has been updated with the 2015 requirements. The basic version of the app is free and allows you to view all of the requirements for merit badges and rank advancement, log activities, and export your data. Premium features such as checking off requirements and adding multiple boys can be unlocked via In-App purchases. *NOTE: This app is in no way affiliated with Boy Scouts of America®.

Good however needs work

App seems to be great at tracking everything however it wont allow you to advance past tenderfoot or second class that I can see. Another issue is you cant adjust the font, as a result part of the requirements are being cutoff. Please fix these issues and the app will be awesome!!!

Its always disappointing when a portion of the app was free then after an update it now cost $10.

Pricing: There are multiple pricing options given in the help section of the app but the only in-app purchase option I get is $9.99. I only need to track 1 scout. Tracking: The app isnt tracking any of the progress in terms of rank. It still shows Tenderfoot and my scouts name isnt showing either. I dont have much faith in a product that doesnt work when its free. If you want people to pay a rather high price for the full version, the free one should at least work!

I am over the 11 yr old scout leader. It is prefect for my needs. I read the bad reviews and I am not having any of the issues listed below.

Dont get this app it only gives you access to checking off requirements for about 2 months then you have pay and a scout like me thats trying to save money for summer camp and outings doesnt have money for this

This app is great however the most recent update has created a problem. The updates to the Cooking and Swimming merit badge requirements have caused an issue with the completion percentage. Please fix it!!!
