New Lexus owner
We downloaded for our Lexus. This is probably the worse map system in the world! Why Lexus uses it is amazing!! The Lexus dealership in Dallas is dumbfounded!

I wish i can give a zero stars.... Takes forever to start and always there is a problem ,very slow and freezes a lot!!! Using a manual map is better that this ... such a shame for Toyota to use this app.
Don’t buy a Toyota
Already stated this in my survey from Toyota. So many flaws in this product impossible to enumerate them. Just ro name a few: 1. Can’t use phone to type location must use auto screen which is so small you are guaranteed to have typos. 2. No way to type city or state first so you end up having to type compete address. 3. Why would the system be set up to assume you are looking for local places, most people program for trip. 4. Virtually no intuitive menu and no clear documentation. 5. If everything isn’t tined right you get message that not connected. 6. Took 3 tries to have it synced i Car. 7. Brilliant strategy to have usb port turn off when car turned off so you lose directions. 8. I have tried and failed to have map zoom in (no help screen) what good is having a map of 1/2 of PA on screen every other GPS shows where you are scout shows I’m in Pennsylvania. 9.no way to have map on full screen so even if you can zoom map you would need magnifying glass to read map on postage size screen In summary if Toyota had any sense they would contract with a competent gps like apple or google so the GPS WOULD BE USER FRIENDLY.
Not useful
I feel like they just put this in Toyota/Lexus cars just to say it has “navigation” as a selling point. This shouldn’t be considered navigation! I’m better off printing turn by turn directions from my computer. Better yet I’m better off using google maps or Waze app and set it up through the cars Bluetooth. Waste of time when you need to get somewhere but I guess it’s better than nothing.
Horrible
I have tried on many occasions to use this app. Unfortunately, it crashes so much that I have to use my iPhones maps. I hate this app and wish I had the Navi like my Sienna XLE. It was so much better. I just had my 5000 mile service and they didn’t say anything about the software being out of date. This is just horrible! (Today, just driving 50 miles it crashed about 6/7 times while driving and had to fidget with it too while driving to get to my destination)
