First off, this is probably my favorite vnc viewer ever, including desktop clients. Its buttery smooth and works terrifically... As long as you are connecting to a Mac. Getting it to connect to a windows computer is another question altogether. I couldnt for the life of me get the helper app to accept the fact that my router did in act support upnp, though half the time it didnt seem sure if it wouldnt work either. The helper app should come for windows pre bundled with a vnc server with ssh auth so you dont have to jump through all the hoops... In any case now about half the time I can get onto my windows computer which is only my local network, half I cant. My Mac outside my local network works great though. Also, the iCloud sync does work.

Works great for macs - sort of works for windows
Bluetooth support only for alpha-numeric!
It supports Bluetooth keyboards, but only for alpha-numeric keys, so whats the point? Also, theres no method for directly manipulating the cursor, so you can only touch to click on things. How are you supposed to hit, for example, the close button on a window without hitting the minimize button? Are you expected to zoom in every time you want to click on something? Other apps like Remoter that allow you to use the screen as a touchpad are much more effective. This does have a very nice UI, but I just found it unusable for actually getting anything done on the remote computer.
Need Screens Connect or app worthless
Try to install Screens Connect on your host computer before buying the app. I bought the app but am not able to get Screens Connect to work on host computer so I wasted the money buying the app.
Works Great
I needed a way to access the files on my home computer and ran across this app. Very simple setup, works as advertised with no issues. Runs everything on your computer as if you are sitting in front of it. Leave the house on a trip start up photo booth and have a look around to make sure everything is ok! So many uses I love it. Cant say how it works on a windows machine, but I tied into all the Macs at home in a very short time.

Worked for a while and stopped. Upgraded. To latest version, reconfiged connection...nothing I did would get it to connect again. Try something else if you need this to work. Update: I uninstalled it reinstalled and WAS CHARGED AGAIN, and it now works. Nice scam-
Good but crashes all the time
When it works its great, but if your hoping to rely on this to manage your computer remotely, you better have another way of doing so. I would happily give it 5 stars it it wouldnt crash 9 out of 10 times I use the app. On a side note, since the last update, I havent been able to connect.
One missing feature…
Am I the only person around that thinks the iTeleport mousing mode is vastly superiority the touch interface in Screens? The imprecise touch-to-mouse mechanic here is extremely frustrating to me. If Screens had a similar feature I would abandon iTeleport forever…
