Great content, lousy app

This is the first magazine I have purchased for the ipad. I bought it because Ive enjoyed the magazine, and I do love the content. The app is a different story though. Theyve basically just photographed the magazine. The layout takes no advantage of the possibilities of a tablet, it doesnt even rotate into landscape. The beautiful photos are often stretched over two pages and cant be viewed on their own. Articles include mobi tags (!?) and I havet been able to set up the complex series of mirrors required to use them. There is the usual ad content so why not link to the sites of the advertizers. This is the laziest magazine app Ive seen. The developer should be fired, they have absolutely no imagination.

This app stops giving access to any magazines once you subscribe. COMPLETE SCAM!! STEALS YOUR MONEY! NO REFUND OPTION.

I cant read the issues I bought and downloaded unless I have an Internet connection? Whats the point then?

This is a major issue. Had I realized this is the case I would have not subscribed.

Works perfectly, just click the cover instead of "view"

I called customer service and was told to click on the cover instead of the view button. Now I can see the issue for offline viewing. Must be a glitch they need to fix.

Bought one copy, then subscribed. New issues would not load even though they had processed and thus collected my $14.99. Have emailed and called (2different calls) but they will not return either. A total waste of money.

Downloaded app, bought two issues and subscription, downloaded them, then they disappeared and dont appear for download again. In fact now the store in app looks blank. Needs to be fixed.
