All reviews →Also, I’m having another issue with their foam sensor cartridges. They finally added them a couple weeks ago to the app, even though the product has been out for a year… So, when I go to add it as one of My products there’s no image or anyway to order the cartridges. It just shows everything blank and there’s no selections that you can make to order them. I’m about ready to delete the app forever and only order from bed Bath and beyond, because at least their app works.
I keep having to unpause my deliveries. I have trash liners that I’ve been waiting to be delivered for two months. Every time I go into the app it says it’s paused, and then I unpause it and then the next day or later that same day it’ll be paused again. I’ve emailed and I’ve tried calling simple human but no response ever. I’m about ready to just go on their website and order them. I love how they’re called simplehuman, and they’re app is not simple at all. Ironic...
