Schon bei simply crochet sind einige meiner Ausgaben verschwunden und nicht wiederherstellbar trotz Hotline zum Support... Und bei dieser hier: die neueste Ausgabe kann nur mit Update gelesen werden, ein Update gibts hier aber nicht... Haben die Programmierer je die Schulbank gedrückt?

Update Troubles
I really enjoy this magazine however I have version 3.3.48 and the latest issues of your magazine, April and March 2016, state that they require 3.5.47. When I choose the update button it sends me to the app in the App Store where there is no update present. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
Not working!
I have been unable to restore my previous purchases. This subscription is a treat I give to myself that I really cant afford and I really dont want to have to unsubscribe!!!
DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES
I purchased a "special edition" issue which never downloaded. Their support answers emails promptly but has yet to resolve the issue after 10 days and as many emails. After asking for a refund, other purchases that previously worked have been removed from my app. Needless to say I havent received my money back. These people are not legit.
These apps are awful.
First of all, it was a pain having to deal with switching to the new apps, but whats worse is that they dont work. The app support is a joke. They offer you a special edition for free if you update your subscription, but I didnt get mine. When Ive contacted support, they just ignore what you tell they and cut and paste from the FAQ how to sync. Ive contacted them several times, but still havent received the issue promised and continue to get the runaround. They are completely useless.
Terrible support
This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappeared from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure youre cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating
