This is such a wonderful magazine. Lots of projects of varying difficulty so I can do something quickly or take my time and enjoy creating something more challenging. Such a pleasure to read and plan my projects!

Nothing but problems!!

I have tried everything to get this app to work. Ive purchased a couple of magazines, and was going to purchase a subscription, but honestly, Ive wasted my money!!!! I cannot access the magazines Ive bought!!! Ive even contacted app support, with no response. Im not happy.... I have EVERY knitting app there is, and theyve lost a good paying customer. POOR customer service would be better.... I cannot get ANY customer service at all.

Charged multiple times for 1 magazine

Just Luv "Love of Knitting" but today was the last straw with this app. My Bank accounts been charged for the 4th maybe 5th time for the same Spring 2013 issue & its so random its bizarre. So now to figure out who to write to & how to get reimbursed!!! Ugh

I never had a problem with the app until 2 months ago. Now Im being double-billed and new issues arent showing up in the catalog. Waste of time. Ill just schlep to the newsstand and purchase a physical copy from now on.

You get nothing for your subscription

After I bought a subscription, I still have no access to ANY issue. This is a great magazine, and I used to subscribe to the hard copy, but dropped that subscription due to the fact I only received a single issue. They blamed it on their distributor, and sent the missed issues in a single bundle,. I saw this app, and hoped it would be a way to get the issues directly. Sadly, they are as incompetent here as their mail room. I am canceling my subscription and will be demanding a refund as I did not get what I paid for.
