Sleep Meister is a sleep aid app that uses the accelerometer sensor built into your device to monitor your body’s movements and sound an alarm when your sleep is at its lightest, letting you wake up refreshed. Sleep Meister integrates with the Health app and is packed with features, recording your sleep talking, manage your sleep data via graphs and lists, post your sleep data on social media platforms, set the music player to automatically turn off when you fall asleep, and much more. Make every morning a refreshing one! [Features] - Compatible with iOS 18. - Integrates with the Health app. (sleep analysis) - Manages your sleep cycles. - Alarm to wake you up when your sleep is at its lightest. - Recording your sleep talking. - Music player that stops automatically when you fall asleep. [Instructions] 1. Open up the settings menu to personalize the app by choosing the alarm sound, snooze length, and more. 2. Set the alarm time and press the START button to begin monitoring your sleep cycles. 3. Refer to Help in the settings menu when choosing where to place your phone. 4. The alarm will sound in the time period you set when the app senses that your sleep is at its lightest. 5. After waking up, slide the slider to the right to stop sleep monitoring. Jai pris lhabitude de le mettre en route chaque soir en me couchant. Cest très intéressant de voir le graphique des différentes phases de son sommeil. Les différents cycles, le nombre décueils nocturnes ainsi que lappréciation de la qualité du sommeil. Je ne maîtrise pas encore tout à fait loutil, mais je le trouve tout à fait étonnant!

Fonctionne très bien. Dommage quil ne soit pas en français car je ne peux exploiter toutes les analyses correctement. Sinon super analyse du sommeil (compatible avec Apple heart). La sensibilité du micro peut se régler. Vraiment bien juste pas en français.

Bislang benutzte ich das "Original", die SleepBetter-App von Runtastic. Dann kam ich irgendwann auf diese App und sie bietet mehr als die andere in der Vollversion, ich bin sehr begeistert. Ich glaube auch, dass die Erkennung der Schlafphasen hier besser funktioniert, sehr toll :)
