Description

The latest research says that people keeping a food diary lose more weight. In the past, we created a calorie counting application. Most people stopped using it after a while as it took too much time to weigh portions and to find ingredients. We decided to develop a better solution. Take pictures of what you eat and decide whether it is healthy or unhealthy. Healthy items on the left (two columns) will motivate you to continue dieting, items on the right will make you regret eating unhealthy food. It is very important to weigh yourself at the same time of the day and record the weight in the text field located in the upper part of the screen. We hope that thanks to this application you will eat more raw, organic, unprocessed food and you will notice the results quickly. Features: • Take pictures using the camera and add them to one the two categories. • Swipe to change the date. • Enter notes in the upper part of the screen (e.g. your weight or mood). • Remove pictures by clicking on them. • View built-in help. Excellent!

Easy. Motivating. No calorie counting. No measuring. By simply taking pictures of all meals and snacks, you can easily see what youve eaten as the day goes by. I also take a picture of my running shoes and add to my healthy column everyday I exercise.

I disliked that it didnt help u with calories .... Just a good and bad food column so not worth the money !

App works well and is a good start. I like the idea. Will see if I manage to lose weight on it. :) one suggestion would be to create a chart for weight over time so there is a visual representation of progress.
