Social Alert is a platform that organizations, agencies, communities, collectives, and any organized group of people can use to receive and manage any alert sent by its members in an emergency, distress, or any situation using their smartphone. In case of an incident, your users can send an alert to the platform notifying you of a situation. During the incident, you can track your user’s locations and communicate with them via chat or video call until the incident is resolved.
Also, Social Alert can send mass notifications to all or a selected group of your users’ devices to announce and warn of any possible risk or situation.
