Basic Sudoku Rules
Every row must contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers in each row.
Every column must contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicate numbers in each culumn.
A region (3X3 box) also has to contain the numbers from 1 to 9 with no duplicates.
