Hasnt worked on my phone in months. Cost almost $300 to have it reinstalled by the person who installed the cameras. I reinstalled myself and it only worked for a few days. Really disappointed with this product

It has never worked in my iPhone 8plus. What a waste.

Its great when it works. But since the update, it freezes, loses network, sends notification of Motion detection, but when you check, there isn't anything logged. it has become so unreliable. I need this for my business. Please sort it out. I am on EE UK

Can’t access cameras through my phone or any other device except on the tv where the modem is at,,and the guy who did the installation is nowhere to He found ,

The worse software, slow, unreliable, constantly going out and system needs to be reset :( The worse surveillance system!!, i should of bought something from costco instead of this crap

Same issue here, worked for a couple of monthss and now doesn't work on wifi... is there going to be a fix ever ?

Worked great for the first couple of months. Now only works on cellular data and doesn’t work on wifi. Takes a long time to load. I’m using iphone 7.
