I have not used this app yet, though i have had it on my phine for over a month. The software that this app works with does not work and the person that represents tech pro refuses to come and fix it. would never do business with this company again.
Great but not perfect... Yet
I recently purchased a business and the prior owner was using your app to monitor the business remotely. I downloaded your app and added my camera system into it without issues. I have found two nagging concerns that I hope you will address sometime soon. Firstly, when I add a device and select cameras, let me make those the defaults so that those load automatically on launch. I shouldnt have to go to the favorites icon to load my camera set every time. Secondly, please allow me to remove icons from the interface. I dont need a large number of them and so they get in the way of the ones that I do need and use. If these two items were addressed, this would be a five star app in my opinion. Thanks for listening. Keep up the great work.
Great Viewer
This is a great app. Way better than my previous Hikvision system. I do with NewBusinessOwnerGuy. After paying $15 for the iPad and iPhone apps, there should be a way to customize what icons we have and load the cameras automatically. Other than that, I love the app.
Very Pleased
I have a system before this one that used a different viewing app and there is a day and night difference. Everything works well for me. I would definitely recommend!!!!
