A Lot of excersises. Good app to have some new excersises for the next train session
GREAT APP FOR TENNIS INSTRUCTORS
I teach tennis to kids age 4 up to adults in their 60s. I use this app regularly to plan lessons and clinics. Illustrations & descriptions make the drills easy to understand. I especially like the "coaching tips"...valuable feedback to give players.
