Book your international train tickets to thousands of European destinations such as London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne easily via the SNCB International app. You can now travel with your mobile train tickets on your smartphone. BOOK YOUR INTERNATIONAL TICKETS - Book tickets for Thalys, Eurostar, TGV, ICE and IC trains. - With your mobile train ticket, you can travel to thousands of European destinations such as London, Paris, Amsterdam and Cologne. - Secure payment by credit card and with the Bancontact app. YOUR MOBILE TICKET - Get your mobile train tickets sent straight to your smartphone in barcode form. - View or scan your mobile train tickets (no internet connection needed). - Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed. - Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week). NEW FEATURES - Brand-new look and design. - More info on train stations. - Link your MyTrain account to the app! Très facile à installer. Gestion aisée des billets. Fonctionne aussi offline. Impeccable.

IOS 10.1.1 app unusable!!!

Dear, I use the app since 2 years and I was satisfied(except for the link not existing with wallet, but...ok). The big issue is that after the last update the app is not usable with ios 10.1.1, it crashes just after the start and nothingbcan be done with it! And, if i access the website with safari, i am automatically redirected to the app, so I cannot buy any ticket from my phone. Please fix this situation asap, it is really important for our business especially in this moment of the year. Best regards

The App is a good job. The idea of e-tickets is well managed. However the fact that you have SNCB behind and their bad management for booking and their multiple mistakes and bugs makes it unusable. Too bad for customer who has been fooled by appearances!! Made in Belgium of course!!
