Great way to get around Edinburgh
First time in Edinburg, bought the £4 day pass 2 days in a row and went everywhere! The app worked seamlessly. We must have used the bus at least 10 times to different places like out to the royal yacht Brittania. The app suggests routes, tracks your progress in real time and even warns you that your stop is coming up. Brilliant! P.S instead of paying £15 for a hop on hop off, use the Lothian buses, sit upstairs at the front and just hop on and off all day. These buses go everywhere and a lot cheaper!
Terrible transport service.
This is a review for the service itself, not the app. Having traveled globally, Ive seen many takes on public transport services. This is by far the worst. The first reason being the cost. Its unexpectedly expensive for a bus to... Anywhere. Almost double what Ive seen in most other countries. The second and worst reason being the timing. The buses dont take too long getting to the destination, but thats only if you can catch one. The buses often run 20 minutes early or late from their scheduled times and are incredible unreliable. My partner, a long time resident of Edinburgh, knows that the schedules and times provided by the website and app are pointless and might as well not exist. In my case, this caused me to miss a fairly important event as on that day, they only came once every hour. Walk if you possibly can or get a cab. Itll be more money but youll save yourself a huge headache.
Before was ok..what happened now?
I have been using this app for travel all around Edinburgh for almost a year,it was well made,really helpfull and simply perfect,after September I started to see some mismatch between the timetable provided from the app and the real timetable. Today its not possible, once chosen a set of two buses to go somewhere, to see below the second buss stops. Please try to fix this problem and 4/5 stars are done!

It doesnt work anymore with all stops. Can you fix this obscene scam? Thank you.

This app is horrible and confusing to use. It was much better before the update. Go back to what works! Just awful.
