BARRE High reps and focused movements utilizing the ballet barre as well as bodyweight to tone and sculpt defining muscles and improving balance. YOGA FLOW Our Yoga Flow class is fast-flowing, calm and designed to stretch, lengthen and centre. The practice targets primary muscle group and increases flexibility.
