Augmented Reality (AR) brings reality and the virtual world together. Thanks to this app on your smartphone or tablet, AR gives you a virtual layer on top of what you see on the pages of a book about Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). It brings the pages to life with 3D animations, videos and extra photos. You can see this additional layer using the TU/e AR app. On a number of pages in the book you’ll see the app icon. By scanning those pages with the TU/e AR app, you’ll be able to see the hidden layer.
