The information contained within includes; the organization’s contact person, address, phone numbers, web address, fees, eligibility requirements, services provided, and more. The UNITY Information Network, on behalf of the Tampa/Hillsborough County Continuum of Care, provides this information as a public service and attempts to include accurate and up to date information on included organizations, but we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the information. The iPhone ® App for Bowman Systems CommunityPoint ® is the first ever mobile application for the 2-1-1/Information and Referral industry. Use this application to locate Resources on the go without needing a full computer.
