I’ve been using this app / CRM for my small business since about 2 months and I’m very happy with it. It’s simple, does the essential has a very good sync. with iphone and keeps well your datas from customer meetings, recalls … I recommand this app particularly for small business, Cies.

Ganz schön ärgerlich.

Nach dem Kauf, Download und Installation musste ich feststellen, dass ich mit dem Programm überhaupt nicht zufrieden bin. Die Anzeige erfolgt nicht richtig und das Proggramm stürzt permanent ab. Auch der versprochene Import aus den Kontakten wird nicht angeboten. Einer Rückgabe ist leider nicht möglich!!!!

Ich muß mich den Erlebnissen des vorangehenden Rezensenten - zum Glück - nicht anschliessen. Da ich bereits längere Zeit nach einem „einfachen" CRM-System suche, bin ich positiv von der Struktur, der Oberfläche und dem gewählten Ansatz mit „Orbits“ überrascht. Ich habe VIPOR zuerst auf dem Ipad installiert und geprüft, ob diese Applikation meine Anforderungen ganz oder teilweise erfüllen kann. Der Import von Kontakten war - sowohl in Gänze, als auch als einzelne Gruppen - möglich. Nach Installation auf einem Mac unter OS 10.5.5 klappte auch die Synchronisation einwandfrei. Sicherlich bieten firmenweite „große“ Lösungen Vorteile, die von Vipor nicht geboten werden - aber wenn diese Systeme installiert sind, wird man sich sowieso nicht nach einer „einfachen“ Lösung umschauen. Es ist eben immer eine Frage für was man das Programm nutzen möchte. Ich kann mit VIPOR eine Vielzahl meiner Anforderungen umsetzen.

Everything I need as a Solopreneur to keep my contacts, notes and events all in one place. Simple to set up and get going. I love the idea of creating ‘Orbits’ and being able to assign my contacts and put them in different groups. I am looking forward to the future of Vipor.

Pretty & Useless

This is too flawed to be a productivity enhancer. Under today’s activities are actions from 4 days ago. Under ‘upcoming’ activities for a given contact are meetings that took place yesterday. Standard ‘click to edit’ functionality is not available— you need to go looking for the edit button. It requires two actions to create an in-app calendar entry that shows up tagged with a contact AND an iCal entry. Too many clicks do nothing. I tried for 48 hours because it does look nice, esp compared with the ‘bad shoes’ design of so many CRMs… but this is a recipe for relationship confusion, and certainly not worth $20.

As a solopreneur, I’ve been using Vipor for 8 months now and this CRM is everything I need to keep track of my contacts, history, activities, tasks and meetings. I love that it works offline while so many CRMs these days are only web based woth monthly membership. It syncs great with my iPhone and iPad. It is not perfect but the team is working hard at improving it all the time and that’s what matters. This product is only getting better and their support team is great. I had an issue once and the support team was quick to resolve it. Finally, you buy the Mac version and get the iPhone and iPad version free, you won’t get a better CRM anywhere for that price.
