What is my BMI?
BMI stands for Body Mass Index and is a measurement of
how much body fat you have. This app will ask for your height and weight and then it will do two things:
First, it will calculate your BMI.
Second, the app will give you an explanation and a suggestion of what your BMI should be.
It is important to keep your BMI in check. Keep this app to check your BMI often and to see the progress of your diet or weight loss program.
