Chronic Subscription Problems

I am fed up with trying to download issues that I have already paid for only to be allowed only a 5 page sample. It is a waste of time and money. Unsubscribing right now. This needs a major make-over!!!

I downloaded the app in June and it has yet to allow me to update to July and August. Now when I try to open the app it closes. I paid for it I want it!

If you want to lose weight, this magazine is just what you want. You can learn a lot of weight loss tips. It has many training videos, this is really useful. Great!

Subscribed for a year to get access to all back issues. Can download some but if I view them without downloading then it expects me to buy the issue if I decide I want it later. Tried to contact app support but demanded a log-in but no way to create one or access it to ask how to even do it. No option to create a log-in that I have found inside the app. Once I downloaded the individual issues I still cant get them to open. Hope the magazine is worth the hassle.
