A simple, intuitive interval timer for workouts and circuit training.
Designed for Insanity and P90X training when a DVD player is not an option, such as at the gym, or when traveling. Works for any interval-based training.
Four big, easy-to-set interval buttons.
Easy to-read display.
Spoken cue halfway through interval and five seconds before end. Halfway cue especially useful for left-side / right-side exercises.
Provides both audible and visual alarm at completion of interval.
Audible cues and alarms are short to minimize interruption to music.
Includes a basic stopwatch with pause function.
Offers a repeat mode so that the last selected interval restarts automatically after a brief pause.
Designed to be simple and intuitive. Lets you exercise rather than fumble with numerous settings and complex displays.
If you wear reading glasses, leave them behind thanks to large, intuitive controls and displays.
Active interval timer or stopwatch continues to count, even if app is interrupted, such as for a phone call, or to change music. Provides notification of interval completion.
