Making My Logistics Responsibilities A Piece of Cake

Previously, I would go into my supply closet, write down the items on paper that I needed, log onto the Grainger web site, order the items needed and send if off. It would normally take between 45 minutes to an hour to do. With the new app and ability to scan bar codes, it just took me 30 seconds to complete the same tasks. My productivity just increased dramatically. Thanks Grainger!

First time I’ve used it in a few years much more sophisticated I liked it a lot.

Can’t reliably use after update.

Have automatic updates turned on and the app updated. Now I have to delete the app and reinstall every time I want to use it. Every time I close it and go back to use it, it gets stuck “loading content” when opening. I delete the app, reinstall it, and it works fine, until I close the app. Then I have to repeat the process. After the update it’s a one use thing and then have to re-download it. Hopefully the next “update” fixes this. The app was really convenient before, but now I just have to use the desktop version until this is fixed because it’s more of headache than it’s worth at the moment.

Another update and a change to the app, great! Where are the 40 or so items on my list? Now I have to go through all this again? Why is this so ridiculous??? It keeps getting harder. I’m sure Home Depot is happy.
