Description
Zen Flower is a tool that enables you to get a snapshot of your mind, literally. By connecting to the brainwave headset, you are able to get an insight of your current state of mind, whether you are calm and peaceful and have a balanced mind.
There is a simple meditation instruction to get you started. The app records exactly 1 minute of your brainwaves while you are meditating and generate a detailed report for you. Your session will also be ranked daily among all who also record their brainwaves on the same day.
By knowing your state of mind from an objective perspective, you will learn how to calm down your mind and eventually improve your mental and physical welfare.
