Ziptrip is a real-time bus tracker for the Chicago CTA.
• MAP BASED
Ziptrip doesnt display data in long lists like most transit apps. Youll see all the information right on the map, so its easy to explore bus routes and stops right around you.
View real-time walking directions to a selected stop, then glance up at arrival times to see if youll catch the next bus.
• SEE WHATS AROUND
Chicago is a big place, and you might not know what bus routes are nearby. With Ziptrip, you can find nearby routes, or even choose to start off by filtering routes based on the direction youre headed.
• SAVE YOUR FAVORITES
You might be one of the thousands of people take the bus to commute back and forth to work every day. Once you get comfortable with the CTA, youll be hopping on a bus to go to the park, meet some friends for dinner, or go grocery shopping.
Needless to say, the ability to save favorite stops, and quickly view arrival times will save you on a ton of time.
• WALKING DIRECTIONS
Are you going to catch that bus?! With real-time walking directions and your ETA youll know if you need to hustle just a bit or if you can take it easy.
